Product arrived in very good working order and prints as-expected. But, the firmware on these unit varies, apparently. So, rip & replace/ plug-and-play functionality did not work as expected- ie, scanning to computer function did not work, but printing worked flawlessly. Also, printer arrived missing a black toner cartridge, but I already had one ready. So not a big deal. Overall, am satisfied and would buy again.
