    Upon receiving and testing the monitor, I observed the following issues: The device has visible scratches on the base and stains on the back, which are inconsistent with an “A Grade” cosmetic condition. When powered on, the monitor emits an unusual and strong smell, suggesting possible overheating or internal electrical damage. The screen flickers intermittently, indicating a serious functional defect. The product does not confer what was announced. I'd like a new one, or the value in return
