Good seller as far as speedy delivery, except for no returns policy. This is not the original shoe that I had purchased from Kenneth Cole. The shoe was redesigned where the front tip does not touch the ground and it makes it very uncomfortable. You can see it in the picture. I was buying a second pair for the comfort, but this pair does not have any comfort, just discomfort, contorting the foot unnaturally.
