    The package took over a month to arrive. There was zero communication from the seller. When I let them know that, I was told they are too big to communicate and didn’t care to hear my feedback that knowing when my package was sent might have helped. For all I know, they didn’t ship it for several weeks after my order.. beware of delays, zero communication and resistance if you share feedback with them. I won’t be using them again.

    False, package only took 10 business days to arrive from USPS. Package was dropped off at post office within 5 business days of purchase (as stated in all listings). Buyer reached out AFTER package was delivered to complain about how long it took and why we didn't tell them that USPS took longer then usual to deliver. Buyer was told by us that we can't control USPS and it is not feasible to expect us to keep track of every customer's package at every step on its journey, that is what USPS is for
