Excellent service when I called. Really helpful and new exactly what I needed. It was shipped same day as promised and arrived the next. Took 5 minutes to install and worked perfectly without any fault light. Highly recommended product and supplier 10/10👍

The item once arrived over 2 weeks later worked as should even though it had already been used in the workshop, I ordered and paid expecting the item 2 days later maximum ,after a week I messaged the company with no reply, I waited a further week and decided to call and was told they had no stock even though there was stock showing on ebay when purchasing, I was told there was that had been used in the workshop that I could have because I was desperate, no reduced price was offered at all

A slightly different story when we spoke on the phone. Customer was aware of the delay in shipping and we called to offer him the one from our workshop. It was like new and came in new packaging. He seemed happy on the phone to go with this option at the time.
