The majority of the items I sell come from estate sales. I look for quality, unusual, and pretty items. When I get a good deal, I pass the savings along. I do not ridiculously inflate my prices. There is a strong Naval presence in my area so finding exotic & unique things from around the world is not uncommon.     I mailed this for you right away because you said it was a present. I am not responsible for how long it takes the post office to get it to you. You said the box was beat up. It wasn't when I sent it out. You also said the pitcher arrived in good condition. That's because I wrap very well. I protected it from the rough handling from the post office. I think a better response from you would have been "thank you".
