  Having purchased two pairs of shoes I was refunded the postage on one pair which was very generous. Recycled packaging was well used (Cardboard now on my compost heap 😀).   Sadly this item had a defect that was almost impossible to detect until filled with water. The seller issued a full refund within the hour of me raising the issue. I’d recommend this seller to anyone, very good service.
