    The laptop is in good shape! It looks brand new honestly. It runs really well. Initially when I first got it there were some issues and it was overheating but that doesn't seem to be an issue anymore, there is 1 popup about the HP Sure Start when I first turn it on, but it hasn't affected my use of the laptop. Definitely a great value for my money. Hopefully it continues this way!
