We appreciate unique items of quality and collectible vintage items. All items in our store are personally owned, many purchased new by us or our family. Use the tools, play with the toys/games or display them with your own collections. Household items are usable or can become part of your vintage decor.     IT is NOT “NEW UNOPENED” it came in multiple pieces someone removed the screws and other parts tried, to fix the running gear it is not operational. Whoever inspected for the seller was sloppy or dishonest. screws on the side of the tank backed out, screw in the rear that holds the chassis to the cab missing. Three axels were broken (plastic split) it could not run as the running gear was messed up Seller refuses to work out with the buyer even with photos provided

    The buyer & seller disagree on the condition. As seller of my personally owned items, I AM NOT DISHONEST. The train was in NOS condition as stated in the original listing. I can't imagine how, in any stretch of imagination, a disassembled train could have possibly been put back into the package. I did not "refuse to work out with buyer..." As we were in a HE SAID/SHE SAID situation, my last communication was a suggestion for the buyer to open a case with eBay. He DID NOT do this.
