    the design is sooo lovely and the mug looks as nice as in the description. it's a pity that the realization is not very robust: after a couple of uses the color coating has started to peel on the edge (due to the friction with the lid) and the drinking hole on the lid does not close well.

    Pack arrival sooner than expected. The only complaint is that packaging was packed poorly. Instead of putting the boxed item into another box to protect from damage and other shipping mishaps, the seller only wrapped a thin layer of plastic/ vinyl material on the outside of the original boxed item. Upon arrival, the package was warped and damaged during transit all the way from Korea to the US. I also paid for expedited shipping so I expected a little more than just flimsy wrap.
