Hi, my store is more of a hobby, I am an old retired man for many years, a widower. I started selling records when I inherited my Father's collection of 78's in 1996, then added 33's and 45's that I had & others bought at estate sales. Anyway now I have mostly 45's. I still have 150-200 78's but haven't listed any since 2011. There doesn't seem to be that much of a market and the costs to properly package/ship them is high. After my wife died I moved into a RV, staying on my daughter's land. I keep the 45's in the RV and approximately 180-200 33's in her garage. We snowbird in the spring so I don't sell any 33's then, only 45's. I pre-play all items except mint sealed. For about the past 10 years all the 45's have been scanned which I find to be more accurate than taking photos of them. My feedback has been good, so I must be doing something right.     I realize that grading records can be very subjective, but in my opinion the record I received was not in VG+ condition. The record had zero sheen and is full of micro-scratches and scuffing. Worse yet, it sounds as though it's been played a million times on a cheap phonograph; which mine is not. I would have graded this record a 'G+', and that would be generous.
