    Item shipped was not the item ordered. Seller responded to email immediately with an apology, explanation 2 items were switched prior to labeling and promise to resolve, coordinated with buyer of the switched item to and sent both buyers a prepaid shipping label so we could ship items directly to correct buyer. Correct item received 11 days after first delivery.

    i solved your problem and both customers got the correct package so why do you feel it was necessary to not mention the excellent customer service you received from me in solving this issue with 2 different buyers? you wouldn't get this kind of service from most of these sellers.
