The funds generated from donations or products bought in-store are used to support the delivery of community-based services providing practical and emotional support, rehabilitation services and other training designed to help people with sight loss to live independently.

The seller wrongly listed this item as a size 10 UK....upon delivery I discovered that they are in fact a size 42 (UK 8)....despite repeated messages to VISION IRELAND they refused to respond! .....be aware of this seller ! ....I would NOT recommend dealing with them !!....they sent wrongly drscribed item and kept my money 😡😡😡😡

Hi, We apologise we did list the size incorrectly in error we did have two pairs of the same shoe originally and the order was mixed up. However we did not ignore the request we did reply within 24 hours once the error was flagged and sent a prepaid label to return the item. When the item is returned we will issue a full refund.
