Item is not as described with paint missing and broken parts. This item was originally white and was spraypainted afterwards. The wing piece that is broken off should be white not various blue colours. Spray paint evidence on white base and tried to dab a paint drip off the light blue body. Seller charged $55 shipping when in fact shipping was less then $25
