    The part was second hand but in very good condition. It did turn out to have a fault with the lighting which I sorted myself by swapping with the old unit which took quite a while as a fiddly job but I told the company and they were very fair with a partial refund which covered my time and effort. They were apologetic for having not having spotted the fault and very courteous. Great customer service. For the reasons above, I will give 5 stars for item description.
