    I received the reel and it says a store return. This reel had been used for a long period of time and someone just bought another one and then took this one back and got their money back as it was more than slight blemishes on it for sure then theres no returns on it to top that. It was sold as for parts so i can’t be too mad. . I’ll have to live with it as it seems to work.
