    The sparkle beverage system was listed as New and when unboxed it is incredibly dirty and not well maintained in a word it is very Used Big bummer really wanted machine but seller came down on price according to what seller considered reasonable it is to high of a price for how used this item is

    Mistook this item to be in new condition, upon arrival this buyer contacted me of the issue, I offered a free return or a partial refund to equal the value of the item in used condition. I agree it was a mistake on my part and this item should have been listed as used, I attempted to work it out for the buyer and tried to help. They wanted a larger partial refund, then proceeded to leave this negative due to me not agreeing to a larger refund.
