  Not only did the seller provide inaccurate information regarding when the item shipped (this was also possibly a fabrication), the item was packaged in nothing but loose packaging, peanuts, and a pitiful amount of bubble wrap. This is especially bad given the fact the item sold was a precision scientific instrument which could not have been handled more irreverently in my opinion.

  The equipment was shipped timely, the tracking number clearly shows when the equipment was shipped and when it was delivered. If buyer wanted expedited service he should have selected and paid for the service. We carefully and professionally package all our items. The equipment was not damaged in transit and buyer received it in good condition.
