    The headphones arrived in their original, retail packaging enclosed in two bubble-wrap mailers. Everything looked good. Unfortunately, the foam pads on the ear-pieces were disintegrating, resulting in the product being unusable. The damage was not detectable until I opened the retail package, so the seller had no way of knowing that the product was defective. I contacted the seller, sent some pictures, and received a full refund within a few hours. I appreciate the integrity of this seller.
