  This item was used (which I expected) but had an awful odor coming from it as the item had not been cleaned after use 🤢. It was packaged well and all parts promised were included. I opted to skip the cleaning solution suggested for this item and use a non toxic cleaner I’m familiar with which worked like a dream. Overall very happy with the item just wish I hadn’t had to clean out someone else’s smelly yuck

  The device arrived in used condition but works without flaws. The packaging was complete and thorough. It was accurate in its description except for one tidbit. There was a pre-filter included inside the purifier’s filter housing. Also, the filter was only slightly used with 89% availability still left.
