    Very dishonest seller who is refusing to give me my refund. As a technician I tested the part received and informed his that it is damaged . So right now it's useless to me. It will cost me more than the item to return a damage part which is senseless. Yet still he is refusing to refund me and closing to be petty. I highly don't recommend buyers making purchases with this seller!! Until I get My refund!! You are a fraud.

    This "Technician" is pure fraudster, for refund item need to be returned thats ebay policy, this "technical" wants keep power supply and get refund, its nice to have free item, and this "Technician" complained that we reflowed BGA chips. In this power supply and in any power supply there are NO BGA chips, next time when you try to scam someone do some research, and this "Technician" was unable to do simple test we asked him to confirm that PSU is faulty,

    Item arrived damaged, sent pictures to seller who asked for the item to be returned for a refund. They then said they didn’t receive it. They are now ignoring my messages. Thankfully eBay stepped in and resolved the issue themselves. I would not recommend purchasing from this seller. Terrible experience. Stay away

    Buyer never sent Item back, and demand refund, nice try, never show any proof of tracking number, and no, ebay not resolved in your favor, you will be reported and banned from any purchase in our shops. Good luck.
