We replied when asked if we had a pin layout that we did not. We also did not advertise in the listing we had one. If you were that unhappy you could have asked to return the unit instead of leaving us a negative feedback.

Ik heb een mail ontvangen dat er verboden artikelen zijn verzonden het artikel ligt in een opslag loods in rotterdam en had al bij mij moeten zijn afgelopen woensdag ik heb express betaald en nu ligt het daar ik heb al contact gezocht en e-mails verstuurd AUB zorg dat ik dat pakket krijg hoe is het mogelijk dat een artikel die word gebruikt voor een mechanische verbinding tandwiel en as word aangemerkt als verboden ?

When you contacted us we took immediate action to rectify the issue but it had already been cleared up. Our shipping department used the wrong customs code and we apologized. Hardly a reason to leave negative feedback, we are only human and mistakes happen.
