I am sorry, but my unit had some personality problems. The SD card would not load, and the cord would not go through the hole in the top, and my computer could not find it when it was plugged into the USB. If I was buying a unit like this again, I would want the card to be included and inserted, the cord to be installed on the unit, and the unit to be programmed to load up when you plug it in. Its basically a do it yourself system, and mine just failed at every turn.
