They do offer returns and refunds if something is not as described but not partial refunds. You have to return it all. Helmet and boots damaged not visible in pics but I didn’t want to return the entire thing because the blue para pack is hard to find unbroken, so I had to eat the cost of buying another helmet & boots. Do not buy if no reply to condition questions. FYI
