    Item arrived broken. The item description mentioned a small part that had wear and tear on it, but the bamboo holder that came with the item was completely broken and was not mentioned in the description. The seller did not respond to my message.

    I looked back through all my messages and I have nothing from you. My photos of this listing show the actual item and all parts from all sides. it was not stock photos. I only had one of these. If it arrived broken it broke in transit. I am wondering if you are mixing me up with another seller? Again no messages I triple checked.
