About us
Here in the Pacific Northwest, our mild weather is conducive to gardening; combine that with my love of the "antique and unusual" in the garden and you have my passion... Most anything 'tastefully rusted' (Mom and I came up with that silly term!), whimsical, unusual, vintage, or antique can find its way into my garden. Old, rusty farm tools, antique chandelier prisms, shabby wooden chairs, moss covered statues, etc.....are fun to find and somehow incorporate into the design! The hunt for these objects is nearly as much fun as the actual garden work and I know there are many others who share this love of the creative and unusual too; I list some of these finds here along with other vintage and antique items for indoors also, including books, ephemera, shabby & primitive items--the more unusual the better!
