    Purchased item on 10/8. Sellers handling time indicated 3 business days. 10/16 I have not received any updates. Contacted seller for a shipping update. Later that day I received eBay notification that a label has been created. No contact from seller, not even an apology. Once item finally arrived (10/21) it did not work. Not all buttons function. Leaving me no choice but to return the item. Not a very good experience.
