  The product sold was not as described. The Xbox controller was described as use with cosmetic wear and tear but otherwise fully functional. Upon connecting the device and using it, the "A" button and the "LB" left bumper button were defective and did not work properly/reliably. This would have easily been known to anyone who tested the device.
