Horrible packaging from seller. No box was used to package this + no bubble wrap/syrofoam or any kind of protection used. Seller just stuck a label on the original box and sent it...Now having trouble getting a refund.

BEWARE THIS SELLER. I purchased two identical tripods. The seller shipped one (with an incorrect mounting plate) and a second, cheaper model. When I complained, they said they shipped my second tripod to another buyer by mistake. I requested a return label and a refund but felt ghosted. I had ask eBay to step in and straighten this out, which they did promptly.

Lemontree1 -- we apologize for the way you felt the service went, you asked ebay to step in, less than 24 hours after your response to us -- after you took 2 days to respond to our initial offer to make things right. This was strictly a mis ship on our part and we did everything in our power to make it right.
