  Purchased 2 laptops. They were packaged so that there was no packing material between them, so they had scratch marks from rubbing against each other in shipping. Also the "E" key on one of the laptops did not work. They were pretty dirty, but overall they cleaned up ok and worked fine, other than the keyboard issue.
