    The hat was advertised as a 7 3/4. However, the hat size listed on the hat was not correct from the factory. This was not my fault. I requested to return the hat which the seller accepted but instead of receiving a full return, the return shipping was deducted from the refund amount even though the problem was not my fault. I felt the seller should have made it good, but he chose not to do the right thing. You be the judge.
