Really disappointed. Said 48 hour delivery. It was a present for my boss. I get that sometimes things go wrong however- the item was then lost for nearly two weeks by and then according to the seller they have been delivered to my work and signed by me but actually that it is impossible. Refusing to accept any responsibility other than confirm it’s been delivered. All that money down the drain and nothing I can do!!!

This Unreceived Item Dispute was closed in our favour by eBay. Royal Mail's GPS system confirms that the item was delivered to the correct address and signed for by the purchaser, however this is still being denied and the buyer chose to leave negative feedback. Note - this item was not purchased on a Special Delivery, therefore a 48 hour delivery was not guaranteed.
