  The product doesn’t work well. Something that could happen with transportation. We did a partial refund and I’ll try to fix the product, because it’s a beautiful thing and looks like new. The communication was great and that’s the most important thing. A great thank’s to that! It’s the reason I’ll buy again at this store when I see something nice 🙂
