    I am very pleased with the quality of the 31 bag. It is sturdy and durable, exactly as I expected. The tote's appearance is accurately represented by the pictures on the website, and it arrived in excellent condition. Although it did not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe I cannot hold the company accountable for that as they shipped the day after I purchase. I feel it offers great value for the price. I would definitely consider purchasing from the company again in the future.
