  Item was listed as new but was refurbished (see photos: battery, sensor issues, first used in 2021). Seller communicated well and refunded, but I had to spend £23.50 return postage, open a PayPal account, and raise a case with eBay to get my money back. Also lost money on accessories.   Would not recommend this phone from this seller. Do not purchase If you live outside of China. With functions it's difficult. Keyboard keeps defaulting to non English. Calendar on the phone has no English markings I cannot remove. All functions of the phone do not work. The button to bring up open tabs does not work. Advised I was unhappy with the phone. Advised to send the phone back without all the box and protection. Phone would not survive. Advice, buy from an English based seller.
