Hi, we dispatched your item by next day delivery on time and it was delivered at 16:56 in the next day, which is exactly on time delivery as the normal delivery hours for the courier are 8am-6pm. Why did you leave your feedback before the normal delivery time??? Is the on time delivery 'poor service'??? We can't believe it. Hopefully you can understand that even if the delivery is delayed, it's not our service problem as the delivery is beyond our control.
