  My grandson got this to give to his girlfriend on my card but she was on vacation so recently he gave it to her when she came back and she opened it and the straps completely fell apart disintegrated so she can’t even wear it as a backpack at all. I messaged the seller and they said they were sorry and would give my grandson a full refund and I thanked him for that and then nothing, no refund and not another word back !! I messaged back again and the seller is ignoring me at this point I guess
