    Item dimension wrong and do not fit due to wrong dimensions. I have requested a refund or a new item with the right dimensions to be delivered and I was only offered either 20% refund or to send back the item at my expense which would have cost me more than the items itself. Also the items arrive broken due to poor quality. Would have for a full refund or swap for an item with right dimensions and no need to leave a bad feedback. Unfortunately I was not offered this option.
