    Originally ordered in the middle of September and didn't arrive, I messaged them at the start of October to make them aware of this and received a reply immediately apologizing for the problem which was that they may have been lost in transit, the item was immediately dispatched once again this time tracked and arrived in good time, the item is great just as described, thank you for your help with the transaction

    Zim productions sent the wrong helmet visor to me, no big problem other than me returning the visor which i did, but asked if i wanted a refund or be sent the right visor i replied i would like the correct visor sent to me, and again confirmed with a second email which they have ignored completely, so from start to finish was a complete waste of time, as i am back where i started. so ZIM PRODUCTIONS its no good being sorry which you have said, if you ignore replies sent to you to help customers
