I've had to contact them numerous times with little to no response. They said 10 day turn around I have the message to prove this. Even though on ebay said it would be back by the 8th. I sent an ecm to them a couple years ago an service was amazing I'll never use them again! I've asked for my money back to just return the item plus the shipping cost. Sent it ups on the 1st of May they received it on the 2nd the following week on Wednesday.

It is unfortunate the buyer cant count to 10 business days. We have replied to every message they have sent to us and stated the 10 business day turnaround to them in 4 different messages. Business day 10 of having their part is not for another 3 days. Again, not sure how we could have made this buyer happy when they dont allow for turnaround they have been told from the first message to them

This guy has been short with me. I am a paying customer, I did nothing but ask for my property! He need to show his attitude to whom ever lost my unit, then he sends a unit not program correctly! And now won't answer my call to resolve the iss. He don't want to help, he just wants money, and doesn't care about what services his employees implement!. Yes , stay away! These people might as we be scammer.! They not doing a service. They cost me over $3000 for there screw up! And the don't care! M

We never received a part from this buyer. Asked them to open case with shipper and they never did. We went above and beyond and got them a new module programmed to the info they gave us. There is literally no pleasing this buyer. The shipper lost their package and we provided the buyer with a new part at no charge. We even refunded this buyer their payment made to us. We did nothing but lose on this transaction.
