    Paid for item but never received it. Parcelforce say there’s a customs fee but won’t give me the reference to pay. Royal Mail and DHL say there’s no charge, so either delivery is withheld or the reference is. Seller refused to contact the courier despite being told only they can. I’m left with no item, no help, and I am out of pocket. Avoid this seller. The seller is now being reported to the credit card company.
