  Shipping and packaging were wonderful. No one had used it before with its original packaging but the screw cap did not have the rubber seal. Luckily we had a spare lid from one that previously broke. The pictures did show the lid missing the rubber seal but the text made no mention of it missing but it was labeled as new so I didn't think to check. If I didn't have a spare lid I would have returned it and if someone else bought it and didn't know it would have split all over.
