Great quality kit
This is a thoroughly satisfying model to build, with clear instructions and quality parts, many of them metal. It’s definitely a significant cut above similar 80s re-release Tamiya kits like the Grasshopper and Hornet. My 9 year old son and I had great fun building it together. The car handles nicely with the 2.2in modern wheel size and slightly wider stance, particularly with a smooth modern sensored motor like the Hobbywing Quicrun series (ours has the 10.5t on 2s, which works really well as you can dial it up or down using the 10BL120 ESC). All in all, a great job from Kyosho and recommended.
