  The item sent was not new, but seconds it did not work and the seller does not respond they ignore have totally ignored the past 3 emails sent to date. Suggest you do not buy from this seller, as they cannot be trusted and also do not respond. Worst I have come across on eBay. The item came with a retaped box with hand set that had had new clear label put over it and was peeling back and further the blanket look used as it had other small fibers on it.
