Very easy to follow & inexpensive
Good way to kick start a diet Lost 6LBS in 1week The meal bars are brilliant at breakfast time All the snacks are great The porridge is ok - a little to sweet 4 me , Slim Fast would be better off manufacturing a plain unsweetened porridge The shakes are good if you like milk - i make mine with water and loads of ice
