can't fault delivery, and company
But the Item, although good, I have a few issues 1. the filter picks up fine ash, great, but gets blocked and cuts out. be aware 2 difficult the empty as you have to hold the lid with the now covered filter 3 I now do not use it to pick up all the ash, I hand empty all the ash when it has cooled down, into a big bin bag 4 I only use the hoover to pick up the fine ash where it has blown, escaped etc. eg. on floor / grate/ furniture. 5 It has been most successful in keeping the furniture ash free, so i don't have to use my household hoover. and damage it with fine ash 6 It could do with a softer nozzle to end, for when the ash is cold to not scratch other things/furniture. 7 Overall, it is the product, not the company i got it from. which was fast delivery 8 But it is a pain, when it cuts off.- could eliveate this problem with hoover bags i read, but i did not try this, Just used it straight into the canister. hope this review helps, wish someone had written this to help me make a knowledgable decision

easy and safe
good product, easy to use and unlike some read ups you can't just push any numbers to open, it is actually safe, the correct number has to be put in - in any order but the correct numbers. I was a bit worried when I read that it would work with tapping any number, but that is not the case.. Have it outside my mums house and it gives all the family access to the flat she's in perfect!
