Surprisingly effective
I was a bit sceptical, but it really did the trick, quick and easy to use, and immediately improved the flow of my dolce gusto machine

Waaaay to noisy
1 of 1 found this helpful Looks good and functions OK, but the turntable is scary noisy, sounds like it's going to grind to a stop even though it rotates smoothly. The fan is also loud and stays on for a couple of minutes even after a 2 minute use for something like ping rice. I wish my previous microwave which lasted a very good 11 years has not gone pop!
It was however cheap, so I guess I've got what I paid for.
