The item was listed in very good condition and seller used a Stock photo. I took the chance and believed it was good. I got the item and the dvd case was damaged tiny holes in case and punctured the artwork on dvd. And dvd was all smudged up. Package was fine so this didn't happen during mailing. I reached out to seller several times with no response.
