  Eleven out of 30 pieces were broken from poor packaging and missing packing components, ie: bubble wrap, cusioning between plates, FRAGILE was not noted on the mailing box.

  Buyer was offered a partial refund for items broken and declined. Was offered full refund and prepaid shipping label to return remaining items, also declined. Buyer wanted to both keep remaining items and get a full refund. Buyer closed return, not me. Also continued to message for refund of different amount after closing return. Have reached out to eBay considering buyers conduct. I have shipped many other very delicate items and have always had great success as my reviews show.
