  This refurbished / used vacuum seems to work just fine. The filter and rollers look new /unused. Overall physical condition is maybe an 8 of 10 as it has a few scuffs. That’s perfectly fine, since it was listed as used / refurbished so I def didn’t expect perfection.

  I purchased a vacuum and it was amazing and looked brand new! I purchased a 2nd vacuum and it is missing a piece to cover the filters. I have messaged the seller 3 times now with no response. This is extremely disappointing since I recommend him to 2 of my coworkers who also purchased from him. Now I have to find the piece I’m missing somewhere and pay for it.
